A fatal-flaw analysis may be completed in a few hours to a few days, depending on the size of the project. We focus on basic risk factors such as geological, environmental, markets, socio-political, and data (sampling through to modelling and estimation). Second and third level technical due diligence may involve a more in depth look at some of these factors and may include check modelling of the resource, validation of critical data, review of reconciliation data, etc.
